Our goal at Rainy Day Kids is get your product to you sooner than you expect it! All orders will be processed and shipped same day business if the order is placed by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time, or the shipping is on us! Order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. Orders taken on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays are processed the next business day. We do not provide Saturday or Sunday delivery.
 
Standard Flat Rate Shipping- $5.95 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver you package. Your package will arrive by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground in approximately 5 business days, not guaranteed.
 
3-Day Delivery - $13.95 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Guaranteed for delivery in 3 business days, for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver you package. Your package will arrive by USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day Select.

2nd-Day Delivery - $17.95 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Guaranteed for delivery in 2 business days, for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver you package. Your package will arrive by USPS Express Mail or UPS 2nd-Day Air.

Next-Day-Delivery - $36.95 (Available only in the contiguous United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Guaranteed for delivery in 1 business day, for orders received by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time. We will determine the most efficient carrier to deliver you package. Your package will arrive by USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day Air.

Alaska and Hawaii Delivery - $8.95 (Available only in states of Alaska and Hawaii. Your package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail in approximately 3 business days, not guaranteed.

Return Policy

At Rainy Day Kids our customer satisfaction is guaranteed. We are dedicated to choosing high quality, stylish merchandise from well-known manufacturers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item with tags still attached within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (all shipping charges are nonrefundable).

All returns require an authorization number. Kindly send an e-mail to info@rainydaykids.com requesting the return. Please note the reason for the return. Rainy Day Kids will reply with an authorization number and instructions.

Return Authorization number must be included inside the box.

All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.

Sending your Return Package

After you receive your return authorization number, please send your exchange or return (unused and unworn) within 10 business days to:

Please allow up to 3 weeks for merchandise credit or shipping of an exchange.

Please note the following cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged: Original Shipping costs or Special Orders.

We're glad to exchange sale merchandise for size but will assess a re-shipping fee.

Payment Options

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Credit card payments are processed through industry standard secure servers. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time -- please do not send orders via postal mail.

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the item is shipped.

Gift Wrapping

We do not offer a gift wrapping option at this time; however we will be adding this option in the near future. We will, however, try to accommodate your request for gift wrapping if you send us an e-mail at the time of the order to info@rainydaykids.com. You will be notified whether or not your request can be met as soon as possible.

Product Availability

We use a real time inventory system, (which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart), so it's rare that an item that you have ordered will be backordered or cancelled, however errors in inventory do occur from time to time.

In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment as scheduled, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order and let you know if it has been placed on backorder or cancelled. Anticipated delivery dates for backorders or custom order items are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
